Tru-Change on Universal Gear Chuck

In this application (side view) you will see the gear form behind the chuck. One ring will mount to the machine face, called the "receiver", while the mating ring will mount to the chuck, called the "carrier". This design will allow for chuck changeover in minutes, with repeatability of 5 microns (.0002") or better. (side view)
